- We aim to dispatch all "in-stock" items within 2 business days.
- Custom orders can take 3-5 days to dispatch depending upon availability of materials, and additional delay will be communicated as soon as known.
- Amethyst Artificery Limited is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or customs for international orders.
- Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.
- We attempt to pre-pay all taxes and duties WHERE POSSIBLE, not every country co-operates with the international agreements, so there is a risk if your country is not part of the scheme that you may get charged additional fees upon receipt, this is beyond our control.
