Welcome to Amethyst Artificery Limited. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing this website and placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

 

1. General Sales

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • You must be over the age of 18 to purchase Airsoft accessories or internal components from this store.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Warranty and Repairs

We offer different warranty pathways depending on the manufacturer of the component:

  • Third-Party OEM Parts: Items manufactured by third-party Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) are covered by the specific manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of a fault, Amethyst Artificery Limited will act as your liaison, communicating with the supplier to facilitate a repair or exchange on your behalf.
  • Amethyst Artificery Limited Products: Any parts manufactured in-house by Amethyst Artificery Limited are backed by a 1-year warranty.
    • To claim, you must provide your original order number and clear photographic evidence of the failure.
    • Confirmed warranty failures for these items will be replaced at our expense.

3. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the technical nature of Airsoft components:

  • Standard Stock Items: Unwanted items from our regular stock may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will cover the list price of the part only; original postage costs are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition.
  • Custom-Made Items: Returns for items manufactured to your specific requirements or bespoke modifications are at our sole discretion. Please contact us before attempting a return for any custom work.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all "in-stock" items within 2 business days.
  • Custom orders can take 3-5 days to dispatch depending upon availability of materials, and additional delay will be communicated as soon as known.
  • Amethyst Artificery Limited is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or customs for international orders.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Airsoft parts require technical knowledge to install. Amethyst Artificery Limited is not liable for damage caused to your equipment or the purchased part due to incorrect installation or misuse.
  • We recommend that all internal upgrades be performed by a qualified Airsoft technician.

6. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales
