Refund policy

Our return policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the technical nature of Airsoft components:

• Standard Stock Items: Unwanted items from our regular stock may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Refunds will cover the list price of the part only; original postage costs are non-refundable.
• Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition.
• Custom-Made Items: Returns for items manufactured to your specific requirements or bespoke modifications are at our sole discretion. Please contact us before attempting a return for any custom work.
